Where are you located?
We are located in Altrincham. We work on an appointment basis ONLY, so please contact us to make a booking for your phone repair. Once dropped off at the alloted time, most devices are ready for collection just 15 minutes later!
How much does it cost?
The cost varies between models and type of repair. All our prices can be find on the site. Either click screen repair or other repair above, select your model and find the repair you need. Remember, if you need more than one repair on your device, you can get up to 50% discount off the 2nd, 3rd, 4th repair etc.
How long will it take?
Unlike most repair companies, we are extremely efficient at getting your phone back up and running. We can repair your phone in just 15 minutes, and this includes replacement screens! We know how it feels to be without your phone, so unlike our competitors who need a half a day and some a week, we will have you back up and running within 15 minutes! We work on an appointment basis ONLY, so please contact us to make a booking for your phone repair.
Why choose us?
Not only are we extremely fast, we also have the best prices around. We are more than reasonable, and not only that, if you do find a cheaper quote, please provide us with the details and we will try our best to beat it! We are cheaper than online repair services, local shops in your area and we are also cheaper than large companies such as Timpson that charge double our prices, take much longer, and we provide a much more professional and attention to detail service (stick to cutting keys and mending heels Timpson!). We are also cheaper than Apple on most repairs and again we are quicker, no waiting weeks for an appointment to tell you it can't be fixed, just pop it to us and we'll repair it there and then.
Will my data be secure?
Yes. We have repaired thousands of iPhones and have never lost the data on any device. We do recommend always keeping a back-up but most iPhones do this automatically to iCloud. After water damage, some devices may need to be restored depending on the amount of damage caused by the liquid. We will never access your phone other than to check settings and to see if the replacement part is functioning correctly, but we will never ask for your passcode unless we really need it. We will never view your data, take a back-up of your device or share your personal details with any other person/company.
How does it work?
You can either book online for a specific slot, drop us an email or give us a call. Collect your device 15 minutes later, make payment and you will be on your way, and those memories of having a broken phone will be completely forgotten! We work on an appointment basis ONLY, so please contact us to make a booking for your phone repair. If you don't have a booking, your phone will not be repaired.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. All repairs come with a 30 day warranty. There may be some exceptions with water damage repairs depending on the level of damage.
What if you cant repair my phone? Will I still be charged?
No. There is never a charge unless a successful repair is carried out. No fix, no fee!
Is it only Apple devices you repair?
No. We repair all makes and models of electronic devices. If we can source the part, we will do the repair. For a full list of prices please go to our sister site renovorepair.co.uk or contact us if you cannot find the model and we will be happy to quote you.
Can you unlock my device to use on a different network?
Yes. Please call us or click here for a quote as the price and time it takes varies between networks.
Will the manufacturers warranty be void if you repair my device?
Yes, but accidental damage such as a broken screen, water damage, broken camera lens etc etc isn't covered by the warranty. Basically any issue caused by the user isn't covered under the warranty. Apple's cost for these repair to accidental damage is around £279, whereas we charge a fraction of that.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The price you see is the price you pay. If your phone requires a second repair, for example you have smashed your screen but it also requires a new front camera, we will inform you of this before doing any repairs or charging you.
I'm not sure which model I have, how do I find out?
On the back of your Apple device at the bottom, there is a model number beginning with 'A' followed by 4 digits. Just Google this number and it will tell you which model it is. Alternatively, give us a call and we will be happy to let you know which model you have.
